  Dean of the School of Art & Design at the University of Wolverhampton.Spent 13 years as a Dean of Business and 5 years as a Dean of Art and Design. Specialist academic in Human Resource Management and Development. Has lived and worked in Canada, France, Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. Is also a Governor of University of Wolverhampton. Serves on Audit.

• Mr Peter Gardner

  

  MBA, Chartered Manager – Chartered Management Institute. Formerly Engineering Performance Manager at Birmingham International Airport. Project Leader and Chair of St Michael's Community Project, West Bromwich. Former student at Dudley College and engaged in lifelong learning. Serves on Audit and Standards & Diversity.

• Mr Darryll Garland

  

  Darryll has returned to full time education on an Access to HE Business qualification, after a 20 year history in the Non-Destructive Testing Industry specialising in the fields of Magnetic Particle and Dye Penetrates Inspection for high profile companies. Currently Vice Chair of the Tipton Housing Service Panel for Sandwell Homes. Serves on Finance & Estates.

• Mrs Sarah Heller

  

  Sarah has returned to Microsoft working in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America as Director of Business Management for the Microsoft Business Solutions Group. She spent 2 years as Sales and Marketing Director for a small software and services company based in Wolverhampton. Has previously held senior roles at Microsoft UK and Fujitsu. Degree in Microbiology and Virology at Warwick University. Has two teenage children. Serves on Employer Responsiveness, Search and Personnel.

• Ms Kim Hughes

  

  Student Union President 2010/11.  Completed BTEC Level 3 Business – 2008 to 2010.  Serves on Audit, Personnel and Standards & Diversity.

• Mr Mushtaq Hussain

  

  Currently working as a manager in local government, finance department. Previously held a number of management posts within local government. Former elected member of Dudley Council (1990 to 2002). Former member of the governing bodies of Castle High and Kates Hill Schools. Currently serving on a number of voluntary organisations as a Director/Trustee. Serves on Personnel, Search and Standards & Diversity.

• Ms Kate Mulleady

  

  Runs an interim management and consultancy agency. Has over 15 years previous experience as a senior manager in FE colleges. Previous governor at Knowle Junior and Infant School. Serves on Personnel, Search and Standards & Diversity.

• Mr John Woodall (Vice Chair of the Corporation)

  

  Chartered Accountant. Former lecturer at Dudley College. Fifteen years in general management in the manufacturing sector. Chief Executive of Training & Enterprise Council and Business Link, Dudley for 10 years. Retired from Dudley Council as Assistant Director for Economic Regeneration in 2009. Involved with a number of Trade Associations. President of Dudley Chamber of Industry & Commerce in 1988/89. Serves on Employer Responsiveness and Finance & Estates.
