Dudley Dashboard - Higher Skills Learners

Balanced Scorecard

The overall performance of this key client group is 'meets expectations'. Student achievement and destinations remain very positive. We have had significant success in growing higher apprentice numbers particularly in Management and Engineering. The College needs to continue to broaden its HE offer to increase participation in key areas including Health & Science in response to local needs and the development of the Institute of Technology (IoT). The percentage of BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic) HE students remains above the local community average and we continue to strive to improve the gender balance of our HE students, particularly in some of the technical disciplines.
