Kind hearted students support animal charity
Kind hearted students at Dudley College have raised more than £300 in aid of the Blue Cross Animal Charity.
The students who are all studying foundation-entry level animal care raised the money by running an 'enterprise' business selling handmade dog biscuits and organised a sponsored walk.
The students chose the Blue Cross in support of the hard work they carry out and as they receive no government funding soley relies on the generosity of donation and funding raising ideas like this to help them improve lives and care for sick and unwanted animals.
Michelle Deeming tutor at Dudley College said: 'I am so proud of the students and what they have achieved. They have all enjoyed organising the events and raising the money. We are very proud of the amount they were able to donate to the good cause.'
