Dudley College Working in Partnership
A FREE half-day event, held jointly by Dudley College and People and Organisation is being held on Wednesday 15 June 2011 from 9am – 12.30pm to help people gain insight into the opportunities China offers and how you can benefit.
The event will consist of advice on the practical steps needed to engage with the Chinese market, whether buying, selling or investing, an open plenary session for questions and answers, and smaller break-out groups for those who want a deeper discussion or have specific queries.
Speakers include Dr. Yeow Poon, who specialises in enabling British and Chinese companies to work together on win-win business initiatives, and Brian Whitford MBE, who has many years’ experience of working in, and doing business with China. In addition you will be able to meet and talk to people from Midlands-based companies that have successfully traded or established operations in China who will be on hand to discuss the valuable assistance that they provide.
It is perfectly possible for businesses of all sizes to trade successfully with China. There are as many opportunities to sell and buy as there are to invest or attract inward investment from this dynamic and flexible market.
Dudley College works with business and international partners to provide both accredited and bespoke training solutions that develop the skills of the workforce and build successful links with partner agencies in both the UK and the rest of the world.
Besides providing a broad range of consultancy services, People and Organisation, a Birmingham based firm, assists companies in UK and China to establish profitable business partnerships and win-win business solutions.
