Go to www.dudleycol.ac.uk/staff and select the VMware Horizon icon

Enter your normal staff IT credentials, choose 'STAFF'; from the drop-down list of domains and select Login

Once you have logged in please choose the Windows 10 Desktop.

Please ensure you read the disclaimer. Make sure you don’t save work on the virtual desktop as they are automatically reset once you log off. Select OK.

You are now logged into a Dudley College virtual desktop.

For the quickest and easiest email experience we recommend using the Outlook Webmail shortcut on the desktop. However, if you need the full version of Outlook this can be found on the start menu. Please note, though, that your Outlook profile will be created each time you log in and could take a long time to load.

The virtual desktop will work and behave as a typical computer does in college.

Once you have finished please remember to log off the virtual desktop.

There is also installable client software available which allows for extra functionality such as USB and file sharing, with apps also available for mobile devices. For these, the more advanced instructions are at www.dudleycol.ac.uk/staff/remote-access/virtual-desktop/client.
