Course Summary
The broad purpose of the occupation is to work and interact directly with children on a day to day basis supporting the planning of and delivery of activities, purposeful play opportunities and educational programmes within the ethos of the setting.
Course Content
An EYP will also support the observation and assessment of each child and contribute to their learning experiences and assist with the care needs of the individual child such as teeth, skin, hair, feeding, changing nappies and toileting under direction of a more senior member of the team.

Qualifications
This programme is specifically designed to develop the skills, experience, knowledge and behaviours to support progression onto a T Level and are aimed to provide learners with a clear understanding of what is involved, as well guaranteeing them an interview of their chosen T Level at the end of the year

You will need to have science, maths and english at least D grade or a 3 grade and have a DBS.
