Course Summary
Marketing is an exciting, dynamic course relevant to all industries both in the UK and internationally - if you can think of it, somebody somewhere will have marketed it.
Course Content
In the marketing diploma there are 12 units, 7 of which are mandatory, over this 2 year course.
Mandatory units:
• Careers in Marketing
• Marketing Principles
• Customer Communications
• Applying Digital Marketing
• Branding, Products and Services
• Generating Customer Loyalty
• Marketing an Event
In addition to marketing, this course has overlaps with business meaning that you will be equipped for careers in most industries. Through guest speakers and external trips, you will develop the key skills, knowledge and behaviours preparing you for success in life and work after college.
Course Assessment
You will undertake a variety of internal assessments such as business reports, presentations, research, in-class assessments in addition to an exam in Unit 2 Marketing Principles.

Entry Requirements
5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths and English, or a Level 2 in Business or related qualification with a Level 2 Merit plus English and Maths Functional Skills at Level 2.
