Course Assessment

You will be assessed through a range of practical and written assignments. External moderation of some units is likely.

Materials

All reading materials for this course are available from the college library. You will be required to pay £30 towards educational visits. You will also need to provide your own specialist musical instruments, excluding drum kit and keyboards. A pair of headphones and a data drive are essential.

Entry Requirements

You must have 4 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above. GCSE or BTEC music would be an advantage and appropriate music experience is essential. You will be required to provide your own specialist musical instruments (excluding drum kit and keyboards).
